Can't launch Darkwood

Hello. I am wondering why I can't launch it - take a look:
I'm starting a game, there is a Acid Wizard logo and music is playing in the background, also in the top right corner is showing the nvidia "thing".
After a couple of seconds logo is dissapearing, music is still playing, but the nvidia thing turns all into a green - it looks like a freez.
That's it.

My specs:

Darkwood version: 1
RTX 4070TI 12GB (of course newest drivers)
32 GB RAM ddr6
intel core i5-13600KF
Windows 11PRO 22h2
I am using 3440x1440 resolution.
