OSX: control problems

Post title: OSX: no interaction after trying to change control settings

Bug description:
In tutorial mode (?):
After trying to change the keyboard controls in the menu, I can't interact with environment with my mouse. I can click on objects, the icons appearing, but nothing happens after clicking. Keyboard control is not affected. After I quit the current game and start an news game the error is fixed.

I can confirm this on the Windows version.
It is very annoying because on french keyboard, it's unplayable. :(

I confirm this on Linux Kubuntu 14.04.

My log file look similar with this everywhere for several pages :
