Unable to Download off Steam

So I recently purhcased this game but so far I have been unable to download it. The game gets to around 45-45% and it just stops without giving any info as to why. I've checked round on the forums and have verified the integrity, turned off my anti-virus software, deleted the files and tried again, as well as various other things. I have contacted steam support, but they pretty much just told me to get in contact with the developers. Has anyone else had a similar problem and been able to find a fix for this?
