Respawing on top of a mushroom

Alpha version: 4.1
Bug description: After an sudden encounter between my character and death :roll: I ended up respawning in a camp but on top of a mushroom that exploded when i tried to move. In the map shows that the camp and an area of mushroom are way too close, overlapping one another.
Have you loaded a game before encountering this bug? : yes
